DocuSign Launches Ventures Investment Arm for Legal Tech - The eSignature company has officially launched Ventures to focus on the legal tech sector. DocuSign has invested in several legal industry companies as of late (DataGrail, Pactum, Snapdocs, etc.) More here

BigLaw Implements DEI Billable Credit to Lawyers - Stoel Rives has announced it will provide lawyers with up to 50 billable hours of approved diversity, equity and inclusion activities performed during each 12-month period. More here

The CA February 2022 Bar Exam Will Be In-Person - the California Supreme Court has announced the state bar will be in person early next year. Several other states made similar announcements including New York, Illinois and Texas. More here

Facebook Fined $70M by UK's CMA - the Competition and Markets Authority fined the social media conglomerate this week for violating an enforcement order after its investigation into Facebook's acquisition of Giphy. More here.
