Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers Urges ABA to Adopt New Rules of Conduct - The group of lawyers called upon the ABA to adopt a new version of Model Rule 5.5 that would eliminate the traditional state-based limitation on law practice which allows lawyers to practice law only in the states they've been admitted.
