Google, Meta Face Fines in South Korea and EU
 - After finding the companies violated their privacy laws, South Korean authorities issued a $71.8M fine to Google and Meta. Google faces separate claims and $25B in damages within the UK and the EU. More here and here. 

Twitter Shareholders Vote In Favor of Musk's $44B Takeover Deal 
- 98.6% of Twitter shareholders voted in favor of Musk's deal to purchase the company. More here
