Twitter to be Delisted From NYSE - On November 8, Twitter will be delisted from NYSE according to a new filing with the US SEC. The motion comes a day after Elon Musk completed the company's takeover. Reports have come in that Musk is currently conducting layoffs of around 50% of the company as well. More here

Spotify 2nd Annual Wellness Week - Wellness Week is an entire week in which no phone calls or emails are allowed and employees can take time off to rejuvenate. More here

NYC Pay Transparency; Frenzy and Chaos - Employers are struggling to adhere to the new pay transparency laws in affect; jobs have disappeared, salary information is missing, and roles are being listed with salary ranges from $0-$2M. More here and here

Icertis Secures $150M - The contract management software company raised $75M in convertible debt and $75M in revolving credit facility, bringing their total capital raised to $520M. More here

New EU Law Could Open Up Messaging and App Buying - Under the Digital Markets Act, BigTech companies could be made to open up their services and platforms to other firms and developers. More here.
