Microsoft Wins FTC Fight to Purchase Activision Blizzard - A California judge is allowing Microsoft to close its acquisition of Activision Blizzard after five days of testimony and denying the injunction brought by the regulator. 

BigLaw Joins Threads in Droves - Some notable AMLaw 200 firms like Latham & Watkins, DLA Piper and Skadden, have joined Threads, the new social media app by Meta, and the app only seems to be growing in popularity.  

Bank of America Hit with $250M Fine for Fees and Fake Accounts - BoA will reimburse customers $100M+ and pay $150M in fines for "double-dipping" on overdraft fees, withholding reward bonuses on credit cards and opening accounts without customer consent.

Senators Call for SCOTUS Ethics Code - After recent news that some of the justices have been acquiring income via questionable means outside of their court duties, the Senate Judiciary Committee called for them to adopt an ethics code like other branches of government.
