Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of top law firm corporate experience in the areas of transaction agreements, securities, capital markets, financing, and M&A with top-tier emerging growth entities. You will have the unique opportunity to work with start-ups and growth companies as they transition from formation to more established companies.

• Various transactional and capital markets experience

Qualifications and Skills

• Academics Superior academic credentials required
• CA Bar
• Outstanding writing ability is required
• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of big law firm experience
