Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 5,000 retail branches, 17 contact centers, and 13,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia. CSBB Operations delivers a diverse set of foundational operational and contact center services for the enterprise and to consumer, small business, and wholesale customers, providing stability, scalability, and security for Wells Fargo. Services include deposits, payments and ATM operations, global fraud and claims, account reconciliation, wire transfers, cash vault and lockbox services, print and image services, unclaimed property processing, legal order processing, estate care, and voice, email, chat, and social media services for consumer and small business customers. Divisions include ATM Strategy and Vendor Solutions; Business Planning and Transformation; Customer Excellence, Controls and Enablement; Customer Service; Fraud and Claims Management; Retail Core Operations; and Workforce Management, Capacity Planning and Productivity Analytics.

Legal Order Processing is looking for 2 dynamic and highly motivated managers to join the team. One leader will oversee the Summons & Subpoena Team and the second leader will oversee the Writs & Levies Team. We are a deadline driven environment with many demands and constraints throughout the business day. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly acclimate to and drive needed changes in an environment which strives to operate at the highest level of quality and resolution of Legal Orders while also being efficient, and maintaining a culture that engages all levels of talent.

These managers will oversee and manage a production staff of Legal Operation Specialists and/or Operations Clerks that handle research, support, opening or closing functions for Legal orders on behalf of Wells Fargo.

Key Accountabilities for this position will include:

  • Managing operational activities for non-exempt team members to ensure we are complying with Legal Orders
  • Management of day to day processing requirements
  • Providing coaching and feedback to team members to help them reach their full potential
  • Creating an engaging and successful work environment
  • Monitoring standards and goals
  • Meeting and exceeding all objectives including but not limited to performance metrics, efficiencies and operations
  • Improving group performance in all metrics
  • Coordinating staff, budget and resources to provide quality service and/or improve operational effectiveness
  • Resolving complex problems or inquiries
  • Hiring, training, developing and retaining a high performing diverse workforce
Work Schedule: TBD *Schedule flexibility required for both roles.
  • The Writs & Levies Team has an "open" shift and requires all work to be processed same day. Start time is flexible and will vary.

Required Qualifications


  • 4+ years of operations experience demonstrated through work or military experience
  • 1+ year of leadership experience in an operations environment demonstrated through work or military experience
