DISH Wireless is seeking a junior-level transactional attorney who is passionate about our business and interested in working closely with our wireless business team to change the way the world communicates. This role will provide legal support to DISH Wireless and will have the ability to contribute directly to DISH Wireless' future growth.

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

• Assisting more senior attorneys in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex wireless architecture, technology, and infrastructure contracts including software license agreements, master services agreements, and equipment development and supply agreements;
• Counseling DISH Wireless on various legal issues;
• Working closely with the DISH Wireless team to accomplish goals and strategic objectives; and
• Assisting with other responsibilities as needed
  
  

A successful applicant will have the following:

• Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a law school class rank in the top 25%
• 2-4 years of experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex agreements with a large national or regional law firm or leading corporation
• Excellent communication, project management, organization and multi-tasking skills
• A passion for both the in-house practice of law and the wireless industry
• Energy, resourcefulness and a demonstrated desire to achieve

Compensation: $120,200.00/Year - $154,000.00/Year
