Legal.io is working with a cloud computing technology company to find a remote senior contract manager to join their legal team for a full time, 40 hour per week, 1 month contract.

What You’ll Do:

Negotiate and redline enterprise license agreements, some terms of service for SaaS offerings, partner agreements, as well as higher volume work with the business units

Get sales approvals within a strongly established sales approval process

Contract work based on the company playbook

Who you are:

7+ years of experience in contract management roles

High level CLM experience is a must

Able to hit the ground running quickly in a new company environment

JD not required

Preferred Experience:

Substantive experience would be a great benefit (Vendor contracts, NDA's)

Specific software tools: Microsoft Office, Onit CLM is preferred but not required

Location: Remote

Pay rate range (based on experience): $50-$75 per hour
