Baker Botts LLP is seeking a Corporate associate with 2-4 years to join our team in either the Dallas or Houston office. The successful candidate will have a background in a wide array of corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets. Private equity experience or tax equity experience on the corporate side will be considered a plus. High academic achievement, law firm experience, and strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Texas or be willing to take the Texas Bar Exam.
