- LegalZoom announced it has filed for an alternative business structure license in Arizona. This license would allow the company to operate as a non-lawyer-owned law firm and employ attorneys to advise clients directly. More here

Conga Acquires Contract Wrangler
- The contract management firm announced its acquisition of Contract Wrangler to "extend its ability to help companies manage their revenue contracts". More here.  

Legal Jobs See Huge Recovery in Pandemic Jobs Lost
- The latest Bureau of Labor Statistics jobs report shows 3,300 legal jobs were added in the month of July. 66% of legal jobs lost between March and April 2020 have been recovered to law offices and in-house legal teams. More here.
