DC Circuit Revives Two Suits Seeking Tuition Cuts Due to Remote Learning - A federal appeals court ruled 2-0 this week in favor of allowing students at two universities to pursue lawsuits seeking tuition reductions and fee refunds because of the switch to remote learning. More here

The Utah Consumer Privacy Act cleared Senate and House, paving the way for Utah to be the 4th state to publish a comprehensive privacy law. EFF called the act "weak" and is asking Governor Cox to veto. More here.
