Great Resignation Ramped Up in April - According to a report released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, some 4.4M Americans quit or changed jobs in April of this year as demand for workers remained near record highs (11.4M job openings in April). More here

Uptime Legal Systems Acquires Flywhere Technology - Flywhere will join Uptime Legal and become part of the Uptime Practice line of business. This is the Eden Prairie, MN-based Uptime Legal's third acquisition. No financial terms of the deal were disclosed. More here

Major Companies Are Outsourcing Legal - More legal departments are looking to outside talent to bolster their ranks and grow their business than ever before. Law Society of Ontario - The LSO is suing NCA Exam over leaked bar exam questions. This lawsuit is part of an ongoing investigation following the discovery of a potential leak of the online barrister and solicitor examinations. More here
