Akin Gump Loses Bid to Dismiss Counterclaims in Ownership Suit of Bill-Drafting Software

Meta Takes Down Fake Account Networks
- The Facebook parent company announced this week that it took down three state-linked "domestic influence operations" in the previous quarter; the networks were linked to ruling parties and governments in Cuba, Serbia, and Bolivia. More here
