Molson Coors, a leading global brewer, has announced the appointment of Natalie Maciolek as its Chief Legal and Government Affairs officer. Effective September 5, Maciolek will join the company's global leadership team and will be based in Chicago.
Natalie Maciolek brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She recently held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Kohler Co., a Wisconsin-based manufacturing company. Before joining Kohler, Maciolek served as a partner at Milwaukee-based law firm Quarles & Brady LLP. Her connection to the brewing industry traces back to her time as a legal intern at Miller Brewing Company during her law school years at the University of Wisconsin.
Gavin Hattersley, Molson Coors President and Chief Executive Officer, expressed his enthusiasm about the appointment, stating, “Natalie’s breadth of experience providing trusted and strategic counsel will be a tremendous asset to Molson Coors and our legal team across the globe. Maciolek, a Wisconsin native, holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a bachelor’s degree in Government from Georgetown University. She is an active member of several legal associations, including the American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, and Association of Corporate Counsel.

This strategic appointment comes at a pivotal time for Molson Coors, which recently reported an 8.2% growth in Net Sales Revenue during the first quarter of 2023. The company's core brands, Coors Light and Miller Lite, have seen significant growth, with revenue increasing by double digits in the first quarter.
