Lumen Technologies Appoints Chadwick Ho as CLO

In a recent announcement, Lumen Technologies has named Chadwick Ho as the new Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, with his tenure commencing in June. He follows in the footsteps of Stacey Goff, who leaves behind a notable 26-year tenure with Lumen and its predecessors. Goff is set to assist in the transition period following Ho's induction.

Chad Ho brings a wealth of experience to his new role at Lumen, having previously held the position of General Counsel at Hulu. There, he played a pivotal role in the company's growth trajectory from its nascent stages to a multi-billion-dollar entity. Post Hulu's acquisition by Disney, Ho was instrumental in managing legal affairs for Disney's extensive television networks and streaming services. Prior to joining Lumen, Ho served as Chief Legal Officer at Sabre, a leader in travel technology. Ho's academic credentials include a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Stanford University.

Kate Johnson, President and CEO of Lumen, expressed her confidence in Ho's capabilities, highlighting his track record with large public companies and his knack for fostering growth within the technology sector. Johnson also commended Ho's leadership qualities and his alignment with Lumen's corporate culture.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Ho remarked on the significant potential he sees in Lumen, citing the company's exceptional team and technological prowess. He also extended his gratitude to his predecessor, Stacey Goff, for his leadership and the solid foundation he established at Lumen.

Goff reflected on his time at Lumen with fondness, acknowledging the transformation of the company from a modest telecommunications firm to a formidable player in the technology space. He expressed pride in the company's achievements and its strategic direction aimed at driving revenue growth.
