KLDiscovery Pursues IPO - The eDiscovery company filed its S-1 form with the SEC, making it the 6th legal tech company pursuing a public listing after DISCO, Nuix, LegalZoom, Intapp and FiscalNote. More here

Nuix in Defense - A class action lawsuit against eDiscovery provider Nuix alleges misleading representations in its IPO prospectus, continuing the company's rocky trajectory since its AUS $1.7bn listing. More here.  

Cravath, Swaine & Moore announced year-end bonuses of up to $115,000 for associates Monday, topping last year’s year-end bonuses of up to $100,000. Bonuses will be paid December 17. More here.

LeClairRyan's former GC is going to prison, while the defunct firm's insurer agreed to pay $10M to the bankruptcy trustee. The trustee stated that the firm's operations "had aspects of a Ponzi scheme". More here.

Federal bank regulatory agencies issued a statement summarizing plans to tackle oversight of the cryptocurrency industry. Areas of interest include custody, crypto-backed loans and stablecoins. More here.
